STORE POLICIES

All items are FINAL SALE. Fashion Fetish only accepts exchanges of the SAME ITEM BUT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE only.  NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. All returns and/or exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and items must ship out the next business day.

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

  • The item is not on sale.

  • The item is NOT an Accessory (ALL ACCESSORIES ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE).

  • All Shoes must be returned in their original box unworn and undamaged. Please ship the shoes inside an additional protective shipping box. If your shoebox is returned damaged, it will be ineligible for return, and unfortunately returned back to you.

  • The customer must also pay to re-ship an order after the exchange is made.

If the criteria above is NOT met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible for a return/exchange and your item will be returned back to you. If all criteria is met within 7 business days a store credit will be issued. Again, please note there are NO REFUNDS.
